As a senior Compliance Professional, you will play a critical role in safeguarding the organization’s global operations by ensuring adherence to regulatory, AML, and compliance frameworks across jurisdictions. Reporting directly to the Head of Compliance and based in Abu Dhabi, this role offers the opportunity to influence compliance strategy, engage with regulators, and strengthen risk governance in a growing, cross-border business environment. The scope and impact of the role will expand in line with business growth, making it ideal for an experienced Compliance Officer, MLRO, or Deputy MLRO seeking leadership responsibility and strategic exposure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert compliance advisory support across international operations, ensuring alignment with regional and cross-border regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct AML due diligence and respond to AML/KYC-related inquiries from external parties, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Manage regulatory inquiries and maintain effective communication with regulatory authorities as required.
  • Perform regulatory reviews, monitoring, and reporting to ensure ongoing compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Investigate transaction monitoring alerts, assess potential risks, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.
  • Ensure all compliance reviews, investigations, and findings are accurately documented and auditable.
  • Develop, update, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and frameworks in line with evolving regulatory standards.
  • Act as a key liaison between compliance, legal, risk management, and business teams to ensure a coordinated and consistent compliance approach.
  • Support ad hoc compliance projects and strategic initiatives, ensuring timely and effective execution.
  • Contribute to strengthening the organization’s compliance culture through clear communication and proactive risk management.
What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Currently serving as a Compliance Officer, MLRO, or Deputy MLRO, or having held similar senior compliance responsibilities.
