Overview

We are looking for a Commercial Manager/ Senior Visual commercial (Visual merchandising lead) to work for the company's store in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Location of our store is Yas Mall.

Responsibilities

• Analyse store's performance results and forecast trends to propose action plans to maximise sales and minimise costs.
• Manage resources to provide high level customer’s experience
• Ensure that customers are acknowledged and receive a quality service either face to face or over the telephone
• Implementation of visual merchandising policy, processes and guidelines within store
• Oversees the floor is fully stocked and replenished with merchandised according to standards and reports
• Lead visual commercial team in the store
• Provide feedback about merchandise to product department

• Experience of at least 2 years in a similar or specialist position
