Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Commercial Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee all commercial aspects of projects related to Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) contracting, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to maximize project profitability.
- Review and negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor project costs, budgets, and financial performance to ensure targets are met.
- Provide commercial support to the project team and resolve any contractual disputes.
- Conduct risk assessment and develop mitigation plans to minimize financial exposure.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or Construction Management
- MRICS or equivalent professional certification is preferred.
- Courses in Contract Management Preferred.
- 15 Years of Experience in Commercial Management of MEP works.
