A leading entertainment company in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an experienced Catering Operations Supervisor to ensure high-quality service delivery across multiple cafeteria locations. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced F&B environment, manage catering suppliers, and lead a small team. Key responsibilities include maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and compliance, as well as driving continuous improvement in service delivery. A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

We are looking for an experienced Catering Operations Supervisor to join our Colleague Experience Team, playing a key role in delivering high‑quality colleague services and enhancing the overall colleague proposition. The cafeteria is a critical touchpoint in the colleague journey, and this role is responsible for maintaining high satisfaction levels across multiple locations. You will support the day‑to‑day management of cafeteria operations, oversee a third‑party catering supplier, and ensure excellence in food quality, service delivery, health & safety, and colleague experience.
This role requires a strong F&B and catering operations background, hands‑on leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and locations. You will also support and shadow the Catering Manager, with the capability to cover during leave periods.
