A leading hospitality group in Dubai is seeking a Director of E-Commerce & Distribution to define the digital marketing strategy and manage e-commerce activities across multiple hotels. The ideal candidate will have experience in the hospitality or e-commerce industry, possess strong analytical and leadership skills, and be adept at improving online guest experiences. This role offers the opportunity to directly influence the commercial strategy of the hotels.
As Director of E-Commerce & Distribution, you are responsible for defining the strategy and execution of digital media and e-commerce activity for the property. This role will support the hotel's commercial strategy by developing digital marketing and E-commerce programs. Digital marketing efforts will include Search Engine Marketing (including PPC and SEO), Mobile Marketing, Display Advertising, Email Marketing, and Social Media Advertising. This role will also oversee E-commerce activity, including the management of the hotel’s websites and mini sites in line with corporate guidelines, together with marketing. This role ensures that the hotel’s e-commerce platforms are effectively managed to increase direct bookings, reduce distribution costs, and enhance online guest experience.
