Responsibilities

• Cloud Infrastructure Management: Manage public cloud resources including servers, networks, databases and container clusters. Ensure optimal performance and security of cloud-based infrastructure.
• Application Stability: Monitor and maintain the stability of our connected vehicle platform applications. Implement measures to ensure high availability and fault tolerance.
• Daily Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks such as system updates, issue resolution, emergency response and technical support. Document and report on all maintenance activities and incidents.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to the development and refinement of operational workflows and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
• Incident Management: Respond promptly to system outages or performance issues. Conduct thorough investigations and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and guidance to internal teams and stakeholders. Stay updated on the latest industry trends and advancements.
