Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Pathologist to join our medical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing diseases by examining bodily fluids, tissues and other specimens using laboratory tests and procedures. The Clinical Pathologist will collaborate closely with clinicians and laboratory staff to ensure accurate diagnosis and optimal patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct laboratory analysis of blood, urine and other body fluids.
  • Interpret test results and provide diagnostic reports to treating physicians.
  • Monitor the quality and accuracy of laboratory procedures and results.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures for laboratory testing.
  • Oversee the validation of new diagnostic tests and equipment.
Requirements
  • Education: MBBS with specialization in Pathology (MD/Board-certified in Clinical Pathology or equivalent).
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a clinical pathology setting.
  • Licensing: Eligible for or holding relevant medical license (e.g. MOH/DHA/SCFHS as per country requirements).
  • Nationality: Open to all nationalities (Arab-speaking preferred).
