The Client Relations Officer oversees the entire administrative process required to renew trade licenses while answering all related inquiries by professional partners and clients. The role requires monitoring the CRM system and checking information accuracy to ensure processes run smoothly.

Responsibilities
  • Support for License Renewals: Provide timely assistance to clients and partners for upcoming license renewals, addressing their inquiries through emails and calls in accordance with organizational timelines and guidelines, and finding solutions to resolve any issues that arise.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional customer service to uphold IFZA’s reputation and integrity, ensuring a positive experience for all clients and partners.
  • CRM Management: Regularly update and maintain the CRM system, ensuring accurate records while efficiently managing a portfolio of work.
  • Quotation Preparation: Prepare and issue renewal quotations to clients and professional partners, ensuring clarity and accuracy in all communications.
  • Documentation Review: Conduct thorough reviews of all relevant documentation, including passports, application forms, and resolutions, to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate closely with renewals consultants.
Requirements
  • Customer Service and Client Relationship Management experience is advantageous
  • Preferably with call center experience but not limited to.
  • Industry knowledge relating to licensing, amendments, cancellations, and immigration processes is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Full English proficiency is required
  • Additional spoken languages are a plus
  • Intermediate computer literacy is required e.g., MS Office
  • Knowledge of CRM platforms is advantageous
  • Proficiency in basic accounting principles and moderate mathematical skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a multicultural team
