WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION?
The Client Insights Project Manager will act as a key enabler leveraging in-depth client insights, assist cross‑functional teams in developing and orchestrating data‑driven client communication and engagement strategies; and support the business in identifying the opportunities for driving growth, and fostering loyalty through comprehensive data analysis and robust reporting as follows:
Client insights & client development
- Analyze clients’ data to identify main priorities for UAE business and opportunities of growth.
- Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights and compelling narratives for various internal stakeholders, including management and Boutiques’ teams.
- Support on crafting client activations & journeys, working cross‑functionally to drive growth, increase loyalty & foster recruitment.
- Perform ad‑hoc analysis to answer specific business questions or deepen understanding of behavior or trends that are not available in existing automated dashboards.
- Collaborate with the High‑End business unit to define dedicated client journeys to ensure recruitment and development of High‑End clients.
- Proactively monitor and identify emerging client behaviors, market trends, and competitive landscapes to anticipate future opportunities and challenges.
Dashboards creation & maintaining
- Design and produce dashboards/reports to provide in‑depth analysis of clients’ behavior, client journey, spending patterns.
- Collaborate with the internal Data Analytics Team to enrich the current dashboards with more insights and diffuse the Client Knowledge among other Teams and Boutiques.
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data presented in all dashboards and reports, implementing robust data validation processes.
- Proactively gather and translate evolving business requirements from various stakeholders into actionable specifications for new dashboard development and enhancements.
- Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to end‑users, empowering them to effectively utilize dashboards for informed decision‑making and fostering a data‑driven culture.
Strategic support & Action Plans
- Leverage in‑depth client data analysis to identify strategic opportunities and inform the development of comprehensive client engagement strategies.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with key stakeholders (Marketing, High‑End, Retail, etc) to co‑create and define actionable strategies and initiatives based on client insights.
- Orchestrate the end‑to‑end execution of strategic client initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination, resource alignment, and adherence to timelines.
- Monitor the effectiveness of implemented strategies, analyze key performance indicators, and provide recommendations for continuous optimization and adaptation.
Managerial scope
Manage a Client Insights Graduate Trainee.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in CRM or Data analytics position, with a degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Data Science.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
- Analytical and detail orientated.
- Proactive with an ability to prioritize in a fast paced, demanding environment.
- Dynamic personality, multitasker, flexible, team‑oriented and able to show initiative.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact/collaborate within a team.
- Ability to navigate in complex international environments.
- Experience in manipulating data & providing actionable insights, use of visualization tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Fluent preferably in multiple languages with spoken and written English mandatory. Arabic & French are a plus.
