The CDS is a collaborative, positive individual passionate about luxury sales, and customer service. The CDS will be responsible for implementing marketing strategies and CRM programs delivered from EMEA Marketing Dept. She / He will partner with the Store Manager and the Deputy Store Manager to create a high performance clienteling culture, capabilities and programs to inspire the store team to proactively build strong relationship with their guest, aimed to increase customer loyalty and life time value and relationships
