Our client is one of the main players in the construction industry in Dubai and more globally in the Middle East. They are growing fast and need you and your expert skills to deliver on important projects. As a Civil Planning Engineer you will be a key part of the project management and delivery.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans and schedules for civil engineering projects.
• Ensure all construction activities are planned and executed efficiently.
• Analyze project specifications and collaborate with the design team to ensure feasibility and practicality.
• Monitor project progress, track milestones and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines.
• Prepare cost estimates, material lists and resource requirements for project planning.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders including architects, contractors and subcontractors.
• Review design documents, drawings and construction methods to identify potential issues.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations and safety standards.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams.
• Document project progress and prepare reports for management.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in civil engineering project planning and management in U.A.E.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and project management principles.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in U.A.E.
• Expert in Primavera P6 and in Excel.
• Available U.A.E. Driving License.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
