Job description

This is a dual role in the Continuous Improvement team that plays a key part in driving the performance productivity of Supply Chain/4PL teams, while also serving as the subject matter expert for the supply chain platform to improve the customer journey through support on business implementations and EDI solutions.

CI Partner Role
  1. Responsible for the adoption and application of global standards within local CX teams, including change management.
  2. Challenge standardization practices that do not enhance customer quality, efficiency, or support digitization.
  3. Support Area CX Manager in defining local metrics aligned with global KPIs and ensure performance management cycles are followed.
  4. Coordinate and review functional excellence activities in the area, developing change management strategies for successful implementation and adoption.
  5. Promote a continuous improvement mindset within CX teams using LEAN techniques/tools.
  6. Identify process and CX gaps and propose solutions for improvement.
  7. Co-create or facilitate TIP with quantifiable savings or improvements to customer KPIs in Ocean or L&S.
LL SME Role (4PL/SCM)
  1. Responsible for the application of global standards in local CX teams, including change management.
  2. Support Area CX Manager in defining local metrics and ensuring performance cycles.
  3. Coordinate functional excellence activities and develop change management strategies.
  4. Promote continuous improvement using LEAN techniques/tools.
  5. Identify and address process and CX gaps to enhance outcomes.
  6. Facilitate TIP initiatives with measurable savings or customer KPI improvements.
Required Competencies

For SME Role: Strong operational excellence mindset, expertise in platform functionalities, understanding of end-to-end logistics processes, basic Lean experience, stakeholder influence skills.

For CI Partner Role: Continuous improvement mindset, process and project management skills, strong communication, customer focus, structured and analytical approach, results-driven, international experience, self-starter, change agent.
