Role Overview

As COO, you will oversee the company’s hospitality operations, ensuring excellence in service, profitability, and brand positioning. You will lead General Managers across the portfolio, align business strategies with ownership’s vision, and play a critical role in spearheading expansion initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction across all hotel operations (Rooms, F&B, Spa, and Ancillary Services).
  • Drive operational excellence, ensuring brand standards are maintained across properties.
  • Develop and implement growth strategies for new hotel openings and acquisitions.
  • Oversee financial performance, budgets, and KPIs to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Mentor and guide hotel General Managers and senior leadership teams.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and international hospitality best practices.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, guest satisfaction, and employee engagement.
Candidate Profile
  • Proven track record as COO, Managing Director, or Regional VP in luxury 5-star hospitality.
  • Minimum 15+ years of senior leadership experience within leading hotel groups.
  • Strong commercial acumen with expertise in operational efficiency and revenue growth.
  • International exposure and experience managing multi-property portfolios.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
