As a Chef De Partie you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality dishes and maintaining the standards of an elite dining experience.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes for various dining experiences at the resort.
  • Support the Executive Chef and Sous Chef in menu development food preparation and presentation.
  • Supervise and guide junior kitchen staff ensuring all culinary operations run smoothly.
  • Maintain consistent food quality and adhere to portion control guidelines.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization in the kitchen adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor inventory levels including fresh produce and supplies and assist in ordering.
  • Stay informed about current culinary trends and incorporate innovative ideas into the menu.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Chef De Partie in fine dining or luxury hotels.
  • Strong understanding of cooking techniques and presentation skills.
