A leading hotel group in Ras Al Khaimah is looking for an experienced Chef de Partie Pastry to assist in crafting exquisite pastry items and desserts. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar role, strong knowledge of pastry techniques, and the ability to maintain high standards of quality and hygiene. Assist in the preparation and production of high-quality pastry items desserts and plated sweets
Support the Pastry Chefin daily pastry operations ensuring consistency in quality taste and presentation
Prepare and maintain mise en place efficiently to ensure smooth and timely service
Follow established recipes and presentation standards while remaining open to learning new pastry techniques and trends
Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness in line with HACCP and food safety regulations
Ensure proper stock rotation and assist in monitoring inventory levels within the pastry section
Collaborate closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless execution for restaurants banquets and events
Take responsibility for your section when delegated and proactively resolve any operational challenges during service
Demonstrate initiative in developing your pastry skills and creativity under the guidance of senior chefs
Handle guest dietary requirements and special dessert requests with care and attention to detail delivering personalized and memorable experiences
Proven experience as a Demi Chef de Partie / Chef de Partieor similar role with a strong focus on Pastry and Bakery.
Experience in bulk cooking is essential.
Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred.
In-depth knowledge of pastry and bakery cooking techniques ingredients and regional specialties.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene.
Fluency in English.
