A leading hotel chain in the UAE is seeking a Chef de Partie Pastry to prepare high-quality pastries and desserts while supervising junior chefs. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in culinary arts and at least 3 years of relevant experience in a hotel or fine dining environment. Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and excellent communication skills are essential. This is a full-time position with strict hygiene standards and a focus on creativity.
The Chef de Partie Pastry is responsible for preparing baking and presenting high-quality pastries desserts breads and baked goods while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene consistency and creativity. This role supervises commis chefs within the section and ensures smooth daily operations of the pastry kitchen.
