Chef De Partie / Pastry & Bakery - Special Project. Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (UAE).

The role involves producing high-quality pastry and bakery items, collaborating with the Pastry Chef, maintaining hygiene standards in a dynamic environment, and contributing to culinary excellence.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food to maintain high-quality standards.
• Assist in food preparation and supervising kitchen staff as needed.
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards; ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
• Collaborate on menu development and support seasonal offerings.
• Train junior staff and oversee mise-en-place.
• Monitor inventory and assist with food cost controls where applicable.
• Produce high-quality pastries and bakery items; ensure presentation and consistency.
• Work with the Pastry Chef to uphold culinary standards and customer service excellence.
