Chef de Partie - DoubleTree by Hilton Sharjah (HOT0BZ5M)
A Chef de Partie is responsible for supervising team members and ensuring high levels of food preparation to deliver an excellent Guest experience while assisting with food cost controls. A Chef de Partie will also be required to lead and motivate a team, maintain high standards of hygiene, and contribute to menu development.
