Position: Chef

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Salary: 900 AED per month

Job Type: Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced and talented chef to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a chef, you will be responsible for creating innovative and delicious dishes that meet the highest standards of quality. You will manage the kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and cost control. This position requires a commitment to working long hours in a high-pressure environment. We are willing to consider an immigrant for this position with no experience necessary.

Responsibilities:
  1. Plan and prepare meals according to menu specifications
  2. Manage all aspects of kitchen operations including ordering, inventory, scheduling, cleaning, etc
  3. Train and manage kitchen staff in all areas including food safety compliance
  4. Ensure proper hygiene and safety guidelines are followed at all times
  5. Keep up with current culinary trends in order to create new menu items
  6. Work closely with management team to ensure customer satisfaction
  7. Maintain accurate records of food costs and other related expenses
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working as a chef or similar role is preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of food preparation techniques and nutrition standards
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality standards
  • Ability to remain organized in a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff
