Your Mission:

• Lead and manage the compliance aspects of GMark Oman and Bahrain Certification programs.
• Ensure full alignment with GSO (GCC Standardization Organization) Oman DGSM and Bahrain BTMD regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key authorities and stakeholders representing the company professionally and proactively.
• Monitor regulatory updates and implement required changes in certification processes.
• Maintain excellence in documentation reporting and internal audits.
• Act as the subject matter expert and point of contact for internal and external queries related to the programs.

You Bring:

• Solid experience in Product Certification Compliance TIC (Testing Inspection Certification) services or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of GMark Oman EE and Oman COC and Bahrain EE regulations and conformity assessment schemes.
• Sound understanding of ISO/IEC 17065.
• Proven experience in leading scope expansion initiatives and managing regulatory projects.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and deliver on timelines.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently manage multiple stakeholders and drive initiatives forward.
• Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Extensive knowledge of Middle East Certification Schemes requirements and procedures.
• Experienced in GSO KSA UAE Oman Bahrain Certification Schemes for Safety and Energy Efficiency.
• Deep knowledge of the TIC business and the industries in which the business functions.
• Understanding of scheme operation requirements and ability to connect those to business needs and customer preferences.
• Natural influencing skills confident and be able to deliver the message.
• Ability to network and build relationship with internal and external stakeholders and lead/facilitate collaboration toward a common goal.
• Able to deal in the ambiguity and take decisions support customer in understanding their problem and provide valid solutions based on their knowledge schemes and past experiences.
• Experienced and knowledgeable for a certain geographic area specific areas of regulations.
• Excellent in communication strong project management able to summarize requirements and describe difficult concepts in a clear way network builder.
• Bachelors Degree Engineering International Relations or other specialization based on the specific coverage preferred.
