Responsibilities

• Assist the patient with daily living activities such as bathing dressing grooming and meal preparation
• Monitor the patients health and report any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals
• Administer medication as prescribed and assist with physical therapy exercises if required
• Provide companionship and emotional support engaging the patient in social and recreational activities
• Maintain a safe and clean living environment ensuring the patients comfort and hygiene
• Document daily care provided and any significant observations about the patients condition
• Coordinate with family members and healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care plans are followed
• Uphold the dignity and privacy of the patient at all times

Requirements
