We are eager to welcome a skilled and compassionate Cardiac Surgeon to our award-winning healthcare team. As a Cardiac Surgeon, you will be responsible for diagnosing and performing intricate surgeries on patients with a range of heart conditions. We are looking for someone who is not only technically proficient but also possesses a deep commitment to patient care and surgical excellence.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients' heart conditions and develop comprehensive surgical plans based on individual needs.
  • Perform a variety of cardiac surgical procedures, including coronary artery bypass surgery, valve repairs and replacements, and other related operations.
  • Collaborate closely with cardiologists, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care.
  • Lead preoperative assessments and postoperative care, monitoring patient recovery and addressing any complications that may arise.
  • Provide clear and compassionate communication to patients and their families regarding surgical procedures, recovery, and lifestyle adjustments.
  • Engage in continuous education and research initiatives to enhance surgical practices and improve patient outcomes.
  • Maintain meticulous records of all surgical procedures and patient interactions in compliance with medical guidelines and regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Medical Degree (M.D. or D.O.) from an accredited institution.
  • Completion of a General Surgery residency followed by a fellowship in Cardiac Surgery.
  • Board certification in Cardiac Surgery is essential.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant surgical experience.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in a wide range of cardiac surgery techniques.
  • Exemplary communication skills to effectively interact with diverse patient populations and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to perform under pressure while making sound clinical decisions.
  • Current medical license to practice in the relevant state of employment.
