Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient operation of all campus facilities.
• Manage mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire systems.
• Lead maintenance teams and budget estimation.

Skills

Knowledge of Facilities Management

Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and others)

Operations Management & Cost Control

Strong Organization and Planning Skills

Self-Motivated and can work in a team

Knowledge of CMMS and CAFM

Knowledge of UAE building codes and fire safety regulations

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering / Electrical or Mechanical

PMP certificate
