Job description

We are hiring Call Centre Outbound Sales Executives for a reputed bank in the UAE.
The role requires reaching out to potential customers, explaining retail banking products, and completing customer onboarding through a structured process. Candidates must be fluent in Arabic and English, with a strong sales mindset and excellent communication skills.

Preference will be given to candidates who are currently based in the UAE.

  • Conduct outbound sales calls for retail banking products (Loans, Credit Cards, Accounts, etc.)
  • Communicate product benefits clearly in Arabic and English
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Ensure full compliance with bank policies & Shariah guidelines
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and closures in CRM
  • Deliver high-quality customer experience
  • Coordinate with internal teams for timely customer onboarding
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance frameworks

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Fluency in Arabic & English (mandatory)
  • Prior experience in call centre / tele-sales / outbound sales preferred
  • Banking product sales experience is an advantage
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and communication abilities
  • Customer-centric approach with target-driven mindset
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
  • Good computer literacy and CRM familiarity
