Overview
Sales Associate - Ajman Grand Centrale. The position is accountable to represent the brand name by optimizing and also adding to the sales within the shop with remarkable customer care and also retail experience. Perform various functional responsibilities such as shop maintenance as well as visual discussion criteria as designated by the shop supervisor/assistant store supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Customer Service: greet the clients as well as help them in selecting the right item.
 - Convert the window consumers to supreme purchasers.
 - Promote the Club Clothing Loyalty Program of the firm for repeat sales.
 - Serve Clients with the greatest requirements and follow the company guideline of selling (VISITOR-- Greet, Understand, Explain, Sell, Say Thanks To).
 - Must be upgraded concerning the different brands of the team for symptomatic marketing to the consumers.
 - Grooming/Mindset/Knowledge: must be presentable and clean in all the times.
 - Flexible to help prolonged hours during the Sale period.
 - Must have up to date item understanding and also ensure very little supply loss.
 - Merchandise: ensure all supply is laid out as well as presented in order to attract clients and also according to basic format standards; ensure all VM standards are complied with and all Stock Standards on clearance are maintained.
 - Process: handle the POS (Point of Sale)/ invoicing counter effectively; tally cash in the cash money till at the beginning/end of shifts; issue receipts/ reimbursements/ change to customers appropriately; process settlements by cash, credit card, vouchers, or automatic debits; ensure understanding and caution at all times of safety in the shop without any oversight.
 - Must be versatile to benefit varied shifts and overtime according to business need; adhere to SOP & Loss Prevention Policies.
