JOB CONTEXT & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Identify business opportunities by prospecting and leading strategic lead generating activities for the business unit.
- Sell business setup services to key corporate and government prospects.
- Stay current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify sales improvements or new services and products.
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge through attending educational workshops, reviewing publications, establishing networks, benchmarking practices, and participating in professional societies.
- Conduct cold calls within the geographic area to build a robust pipeline of opportunities, targeting new business and gaining comprehensive knowledge of the business across a wide area.
- Track progress against targets regularly and coordinate with the Manager to refocus efforts if needed.
- Submit weekly reports with accurate data for real-time reporting.
- Utilize the OnTime CRM system to maximize sales opportunities.
- Engage in cross-selling activities across group services and products.
- Represent the unit professionally at trade events, exhibitions, and industry organizations.
- Share knowledge and expertise with the Healthcare team, clients, and third parties.
- Collaborate with the line Manager to create winning tenders and bids.
- Manage the sales process from prospecting to proposal, presentation, and closing negotiations.
- Support contract compliance by negotiating contractual and payment terms, ensuring mutual understanding and acceptance.
- Ensure contract profitability through commercial evaluation, understanding risks and liabilities before presenting sales proposals.
- Use various negotiation styles to persuade and close sales effectively.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree qualification.
- 2–5 years of experience in a similar role.
