A leading Abu Dhabi Property Developer is seeking a professional to support planning and analysis for various development projects. Responsibilities include reviewing masterplan data, developing reports, and creating visualizations. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of experience in property development, particularly in the MENA region. Excellent English communication skills and proficiency in AutoCAD and Power BI are required. This role provides a dynamic environment to contribute significantly to planning strategies.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze masterplan drawings and data.

  • Assist in the preparation of development business plans.

Overview

The Role A leading Abu Dhabi Property Developer is looking for the below position: JOB PURPOSE To provide support to the Director - Business Planning, and other Development Directors on project planning, master planning coordination, and quick test-fit of various plots.

Responsibilities
  • Masterplan Analysis: Review and analyze masterplan drawings and data to support development feasibility and design decisions.
  • Master Data Management: Develop, maintain, and compare masterplan data sets to ensure consistency and accuracy across all planning activities.
  • Mapping and Visualizations: Create clear, compelling presentation maps and graphics to support internal decision-making and external presentations.
  • Conceptual Planning: Produce conceptual test fits within the masterplan to evaluate land use, program allocation, and design feasibility.
  • Business Planning Support: Assist in the preparation of development business plans, including data gathering, analysis, and presentation materials.
  • Power BI Reporting: Design and update Power BI dashboards and reports to track key development metrics and masterplan performance.
  • Sales Launch Materials: Develop high-quality presentation materials to support sales launches and marketing initiatives.
  • Milestone Tracking and Analysis: Analyze milestone submission data and design packages; summarize key findings and updates for senior leadership.
  • Data Maintenance: Ensure all milestone data and drawings are accurately maintained, updated, and compared across development phases.
  • Consultant Coordination: Analyze consultant reports by asset class and compare findings to masterplan milestone designs to identify discrepancies or alignment.
  • Strategy Mapping: Create and regularly update development strategy maps to reflect planning progress, constraints, and investment priorities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Real Estate or Engineering
  • At least 10+ years of experience with a property developer working on large-scale master plan developments.
  • 5+ years of experience in the MENA region
Preferred Skills & Competencies
  • Excellent command of both oral and written English is required.
  • First class team player and communicator
  • Good knowledge and understanding of the Real Estate Industry
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD, Microsoft Suite, Adobe Suite and Power BI
  • Willingness to take on new challenges
  • Efficiently use words to communicate complex ideas
