Business Development Manager - Wealth Management

Role Overview

As a Business Development Manager with my client the individual will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by sourcing and nurturing new prospects. This role is best suited for self-starters with initiative and determination to succeed. Effective communication skills are essential as the individual will be responsible for articulating the benefits of the services to potential clients.

Main Responsibilities
  • Source new prospects through various mediums.
  • Contact prospects via telephone to introduce the business and schedule appointments.
  • Promptly follow up on company-provided leads and handle them effectively.
  • Manage calendars and diaries to arrange meetings at suitable times.
  • Maintain relationships with prospects throughout the sales process.
  • Follow up with third parties involved in the sales process.
  • Meet and exceed company KPIs and targets.

  • Solid interest in building or advancing a career in Financial Services.
  • Willingness to learn and strive for a minimum of Level 4 qualification.
