Role Overview

V-TIC Services is looking for a high-performing, hunter-driven Business Development Manager to accelerate growth from our Fujairah operations—one of the UAE’s most strategic industrial and energy hubs.

This is a frontline commercial leadership role for a results-oriented professional who thrives on winning new business, opening key accounts, and dominating market share in the Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC) sector. You will own the pipeline, lead high-value negotiations, and convert opportunities into long‑term, revenue-generating partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hunt, identify, and close new business across industrial, energy, oil & gas, terminals, storage, and infrastructure sectors.
  • Develop and execute an aggressive sales and market‑entry strategy to grow VTIC’s footprint in Fujairah and the UAE.
  • Build strong commercial relationships with operators, producers, traders, terminal managers, EPCs, and regulatory bodies.
  • Own the sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, and target achievement with clear accountability.
  • Lead pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and key account management to maximize margins and long‑term value.
  • Track market movements, competitor positioning, and client needs to stay ahead in a competitive TIC environment.
  • Work closely with inspection, laboratory, operations, and finance teams to ensure fast execution and high customer satisfaction.
  • Act as VTIC’s commercial face at industry events, port meetings, client visits, and business forums.
  • Ensure full compliance with UAE regulations and international TIC standards.
  • Provide regular performance updates and market intelligence to the Regional Manager
Who We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of proven business development or sales experience in the TIC / petroleum / industrial services sector.
  • Strong local market knowledge of Fujairah and the UAE with an established industry network.
  • A hunter mindset with a demonstrated record of closing deals and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Deep understanding of TIC services, inspection, testing, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Commercially sharp with experience in market analysis, pricing, and revenue forecasting.
  • Self‑driven, resilient, and comfortable working independently in a high‑accountability role.
  • Collaborative team player who can work cross‑functionally to deliver results.
  • Experience in quality testing, inspection, or industrial solutions is a strong advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline; MBA preferred.
