As a Business Development Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in establishing and growing Ailytics’ footprint in Middle East. This is an entrepreneurial role you’ll be spearheading our sales and partnerships efforts from the ground up, working closely with system integrators, contractors, and enterprise clients in the construction and heavy industries space. You’ll help shape our go-to-market strategy, build lasting customer relationships, and drive the adoption of our cutting-edge video analytics solutions.
This would be a remote position for somebody situated in Abu Dhabi.
What You Will Be Doing
- Lead Ailytics’ Middle East business development and sales operations, focusing on enterprise clients in construction, oil & gas, manufacturing, and related heavy industries.
- Identify, qualify, and close opportunities for AI-driven video analytics and safety solutions across industrial environments.
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships with system integrators, OEMs, and key ecosystem players in the region.
- Represent Ailytics at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums to build visibility and credibility in the market.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to define the Middle East go-to-market plan, sales targets, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Collect and relay market intelligence and customer feedback to guide product positioning and solution customization.
- Drive proposal creation, pricing discussions, and commercial negotiations with enterprise clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, from site managers to CXOs.
Our Ideal Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS or technology solution sales, ideally with exposure to B2B industrial clients.
- Domain knowledge of the construction industry, including safety management systems, project operations, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with video analytics, AI, or IoT-based safety and productivity solutions.
- Strong network of contacts within system integrators, EPC contractors, or major industrial operators in India.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing new business in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable working independently and building operations from scratch.
