Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager (BDM) will drive growth for GCS’s Managed Security Services portfolio across the UAE and MEA region. This role focuses on new business acquisition, strategic partnerships and account expansion within mid‑enterprise organizations (100–500 users).

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy for Managed Security Services (SOC‑as‑a‑Service, EDR/XDR, SIEM, Compliance‑as‑a‑Service).
  • Identify and engage mid‑enterprise prospects across key verticals (Finance, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C‑level executives, IT Directors and Security Leaders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored proposals, RFP responses and solution presentations.
  • Drive pipeline growth through networking events and digital outreach; achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
  • Stay updated on UAE compliance frameworks (NESA, ISR, ADHICS) and global standards (ISO 27001, SOC 2); work closely with OEM partners (Microsoft, Fortinet, Cisco, CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Palo Alto) to leverage joint opportunities.
