Responsibilities
  • Market Expansion: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the holiday homes sector
  • Client Acquisition: Build and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, and hospitality partners
  • Sales & Revenue Growth: Develop strategies to maximize occupancy rates and rental income
  • Partnership Development: Collaborate with travel agencies, corporate clients, and online travel platforms to enhance market reach
  • Marketing & Branding: Work closely with the marketing team to promote holiday home offerings through digital and offline channels
  • Contract Negotiation: Manage agreements with property owners and service providers to ensure profitable partnerships
