We are recruiting a Business Development Professional specialized in business development for Recruitment Projects with proven sales success to drive revenue growth and develop new client relationships across traditional and emerging sectors.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities through cold calling, networking events, social media, and industry forums
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Develop and implement strategies to penetrate target markets and industries
- Establish and nurture strong professional relationships with clients across various sectors
- Monitor market trends, identify emerging industries, and develop tailored recruitment solutions
- Contribute to creating compelling proposals and presentations addressing specific client needs
- Work collaboratively with the management team to negotiate contracts that secure favorable terms while maintaining healthy profit margins
- Partner with internal recruitment consultants to align business development efforts with delivery capabilities, ensuring seamless client service and candidate placement
Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in business development with 3+ years of experience, including measurable achievements in revenue generation and client acquisition
- Established experience in recruitment with existing client relationships in the UAE market
- Comprehensive knowledge of the UAE business landscape and recruitment regulations
- Fluency in English (Malayalam, Hindi, Arabic, French or Spanish is a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Strong professional network and proven capability to build meaningful business relationships
- Proficiency in CRM systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and MS Office suite
