Overview
We are looking for a commercially driven and proactive Business Development Manager to join our team in the UAE. This role is critical to supporting the company’s continued growth by managing inbound leads, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the development of revenue streams across emerging geographies and industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the UAE’s regulatory and business environment, coupled with industry-relevant experience and an entrepreneurial mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Management & Conversion: Manage and convert inbound leads from multiple channels into qualified opportunities and long-term clients.
- Opportunity Generation: Go beyond existing channels by proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities aligned with our strategic goals.
- Market Expansion: Support the development of new revenue streams by targeting emerging sectors and geographies relevant to our service portfolio.
- Client Onboarding: Provide advisory support to new clients entering the UAE, ensuring smooth onboarding by leveraging expertise in immigration, corporate structuring, tax, and regulatory requirements.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including legal, finance, and operations to deliver a seamless client experience.
Core Requirements
- Strong understanding of the UAE business environment, corporate structures, and foreign investment regulations.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following sectors:
- International Corporate Service Providers
- Government Agencies
- Fiduciary Services
- Law Firms
- Corporate Advisory Firms
- Proven track record in business development, particularly in a consultative or solution-based selling environment
- Based in the UAE with an existing professional network (preferred)
- Industry knowledge of immigration, tax, and accounting considerations for businesses entering the UAE
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- The role may be incentivised with a commission scheme, and this will be discussed with successful candidate.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- German language skills – to enhance market coverage in high-potential regions
- Background in US or continental Europe – valuable for client engagement and understanding of international market expectations
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to identify and act on market opportunities
- Must be based in Dubai.
