A leading FinTech company in Abu Dhabi is looking for a Business Development Manager who will engage clients through product demonstrations and tailored solution proposals. The ideal candidate should have over two years of experience in B2B sales, particularly in a fast-paced SaaS or FinTech environment. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential. This position involves traveling within Abu Dhabi and the Northern Emirates to drive sales and build strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

  • 2-3+ years of experience in a closing B2B sales role, ideally in SaaS or FinTech.
  • Highly motivated with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and written English skills; Arabic is a plus.

As an Business Development Manager at Qashio, you'll showcase our solutions to clients through product demos and presentations to position us as the best fit for their needs. Responsibilities

  • Developing relationships with prospects and recommending solutions to improve their companies’ operational efficiencies by using Qashio.
  • Actively seeking out prospective customers using different channels and outbound strategies.
  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining sales activities and plans.
  • Packaging Qashio’s features and services into engaging presentations, solid arguments or data-supported documents to entice and engage potential customers.
  • Understanding customer’s challenges and pain points in order to present and promote Qashio as the best solution.
  • Achieving agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within scheduled time frames.
  • Utilising our CRM system to manage and track sales activities and progress.
  • Generate unique ideas for marketing and sales strategies to grow our user base.
  • Assist in segmenting the market and identifying the best matches for our business model.
  • Must be able to cover Abu Dhabi and the Northern Emirates.

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of experience in a closing B2B sales role. Ideally in SaaS, Fintech or a Start up.
  • Extremely proactive.
  • Expertise in creating and delivering presentations tailored to audience needs.
  • Relationship management skills and a can-do attitude when presented with challenges.
  • Highly motivated with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as in a collaborative team setting.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
  • Excellent proficiency in communication and written English, Arabic would be a plus.
