About the Role

We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in the UAE. You will play a key role in driving business growth within the HR Tech, Fintech, and Recruitment sectors by acquiring new clients, nurturing relationships, and delivering innovative solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across the HR Tech, Fintech, and Recruitment sectors.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitors, and client needs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, pitches, and presentations.
  • Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
