You will engage with interior designers, architects, and consultants, preparing quotations and developing relationships throughout project lifecycles. Ideal candidates should have sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a driving license, as well as the ability to support technical presentations and market reporting.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of sales experience will be an advantage.
  • Driving license is mandatory.

PROJECTWORKS (WORKSPACE) is looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to promote and grow our range of furniture fittings and storage systems by working closely with interior designers, architects, consultants, fit-out companies across the country.

Job Description

Project Sales – Fit-out & Joinery

  • Follow up on specified projects with fit-out contractors, joinery companies, and furniture manufacturers
  • Prepare quotations, submittals, and value engineering proposals when required
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure correct product selection and timely execution

Specification & Consultant Engagement

  • Develop and promote PROJECTWORKS furniture fittings for specification with interior designers, architects, and consultants
  • Conduct product presentations, sample demonstrations, and technical meetings
  • Support consultants with technical data, catalogs, mockups, and compliance documents

Business Development

  • Identify upcoming projects at the design and tender stages
  • Build strong working relationships with decision-makers across the project lifecycle
  • Track project progress from concept to award and final execution

Market & Reporting

  • Maintain an updated project pipeline and forecast
  • Submit weekly activity reports and monthly specification-to-order conversion reports
Requirements
