Job Summary

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join one of our Client's Team. It is an established organization in Dubai specializing in the Leasing and Selling of commercial and residential properties coupled with experience in Comprehensive Property Management functions and services.

As a Business Development Executive, You will actively prospect and generate leads. This position offers an excellent opportunity for career growth and a competitive package.

Roles and responsibilities

  • Locate potential business deals by market research and contacting potential landlords
  • Responsible for maximizing the sales of the company by sourcing the properties
  • Build market position by locating, developing, defining negotiating, and closing deals for real estate
  • Work closely with the leasing department to design and execute strategies for developing business
  • Interface with existing landlords to solidify mutual expectations of performance and growth
  • Defining and following up on yearly targets and objectives
  • Develop and deliver the business plans by carrying out research, formulating market analysis, and delivering accurate business reports
  • Define and follow up on yearly targets and objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies for new services.
