Job description

Our client is currently hiring for Business Development Executive who has proven experience in Aviation, Defense, Maritime, or Government Consulting industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and expanding our client base within both public and private sectors.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Aviation, Defense, or a closely related discipline.
  • A Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is highly desirable.
  • 5–10 years of proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Strategic Partnerships.
  • Demonstrated success within the Aviation, Defense, Maritime, or Government Consulting sectors.
  • Strong familiarity with government procurement processes and B2G sales across the GCC, especially in the UAE.
  • A solid track record of winning and managing high-value contracts or defense-related projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic; proficiency in French is a significant asset.
  • Skilled in using CRM platforms and sales enablement tools to manage pipelines and optimize conversion rates.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), with the ability to deliver compelling presentations and data-driven insights.
  • Adept at fostering trust-based relationships with government stakeholders, OEMs, and strategic industry partners.
  • Highly motivated and goal-oriented, with a consistent history of surpassing business development objectives.
  • Open to relocating or working full-time in Abu Dhabi.
