As a Freelance Business Development Agent, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and securing new business opportunities for Gen Plus Group. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor the market for upcoming RFPs, RFQs, tenders, and pitches across public and private sectors and connect those opportunities with our leadership team.
You will act as an external growth partner—sourcing leads, initiating conversations, and creating entry points with potential clients across industries such as consumer brands, corporate, public affairs, lifestyle, tech, and digital communications.
