Job description

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Building Manager to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and tenant relations of our property. The Building Manager will ensure the building is safe, well-maintained, and operating efficiently, while delivering excellent service to residents and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise all building operations including maintenance, cleaning, security, and landscaping
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors for repairs, inspections, and upgrades
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues
  • Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally
  • Prepare and manage the building’s operational budget and expenses
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, vendor contracts, and incident reports
  • Oversee lease renewals, move‑ins, and move‑outs in coordination with leasing staff
  • Implement sustainability and energy‑saving initiatives where applicable
  • Ensure emergency procedures are in place and staff are trained accordingly
  • Report regularly to property owners or senior management on building performance
Qualifications

Proven experience in building or facilities management
Prior experience as a Coordinator in property, maintenance, or operations is highly valued
Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures
Familiarity with UAE building codes and safety regulations
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage budgets and vendor contracts
Proficiency in property management software and reporting tools
Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
