About the Role

As a Budget Manager in Event Production you will oversee the financial planning, monitoring and reporting of all events to ensure that events are delivered within budget and financial targets are met.

What You’ll Do
  • Budget Development & Forecasting: Create detailed budgets for each event incorporating all aspects of production from concept to execution.
  • Financial Monitoring & Reporting: Track expenses against budgets providing regular updates and variance analysis to senior management.
  • Cost Optimization: Identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising the quality or integrity of the event.
  • Vendor & Contract Management: Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors ensuring favorable terms and adherence to budget constraints.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure all financial activities comply with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Post Event Analysis: Conduct financial post‑mortems to assess budget performance and identify areas for improvement.
