Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional team to align financial goals with event objectives.

As a Budget Manager in Event Production you will oversee the financial planning, monitoring and reporting of all events to ensure that events are delivered within budget and financial targets are met.
Detail-Oriented & Analytical Strong ability to manage complex budgets and analyze financial data.
Excellent Communicator Capable of presenting financial information clearly to non‑financial stakeholders.
Problem Solver Proactive in identifying financial issues and implementing effective solutions.
Team Player Collaborative approach to working with diverse teams across the organization.
Adaptable Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities.
Proven experience as a Budget Manager or in a similar financial role within event production.
Strong proficiency in financial software and MS Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, charts).
Knowledge of budgeting best practices and financial regulations.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
Experience with large‑scale events and understanding of production processes is a plus.
