We will count on you to:

• Assist brokers in the end‑to‑end placement of Facultative placements ensuring smooth operations between the Placement team and CSS team.
• Respond to client queries and concerns promptly maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
• Regularly update management on issues and progress to ensure quality client service.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues and reinsurance companies to effectively communicate client demands.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support strategic changes and ensure adherence to standards.

What you need to have:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in reinsurance placements.
• Proven ability to build and manage strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong communication and effective influencing skills with a transformative mindset and practical approach.
• Experience in a large complex global organization demonstrating a desire to succeed in a demanding and innovative environment.
• Self‑starter with a track record of seamless and strong organizational skills.
