Company Description

We are looking for a Brand & Culture Director to join the Middle East regional brand team at Ennismore. Based in Dubai and reporting to the EVP Brand Marketing for the region, this is an exciting position that will play a key role in planning and leading all marketing plans from new openings to established properties in Middle East working across brands from 25h to SLS. You will also playing a vital role in defining the global brand vision and guest experience standards for Mondrian, Hyde, Our Habitas and Morgans Originals creating new tool kits and global initiatives.

What you’ll do…
  • You will forge strong relationships with all Middle East property marketing teams and GMs, working closely together to ensure marketing plans are contributing to the financial success of rooms, M&E, wellness and restaurants & bars. Be prepared to step in and work on action plans to address key needs and focus areas.
  • You will drive the marketing plans for all new openings across Middle East, supporting new property teams to deliver opening plans that drive successful commercial results as well as establish our hotels and the restaurants & bars within them as new destinations with brand love and positive reviews.
  • Be involved in recruitment of any marketing roles in Middle East for Ennismore properties to ensure we recruit the right profiles and then spend time on property with teams to onboard new starters, so they understand how we do things in our brands and inspire them to do great work.
  • You will travel regularly making sure you know all properties in your region intimately, being responsible for making sure we bring to life the brand story across all touchpoints of the guest experience and driving action and change across key functions on property where needed.
  • Our brand.com is one of our most important channels – you will work closely with our e.commerce teams on optimising performance and content for the property digital marketing plans and web pages to deliver against our targets.
  • Create and execute collaborations, globally and locally, with partners and talent that reinforce our brands’ and property positioning, give us new stories to tell and let us reach new audiences.
  • Be the global brand guardian for Mondrian, Hyde, Our Habitas and Morgans Originals supporting the brand EVP on developing global brand standards, identity and asset toolkits to create delight within the guest experience while building global initiatives to help drive storytelling and awareness.
  • You will work closely with other Ennismore regional teams supporting them as they lead on the execution of Mondrian, Hyde, Our Habitas & Morgans Originalsin their own regions, plus receiving other Global brand briefs for you to execute with the relevant properties in your own region.
  • Help to drive the content strategy and planning on the global Mondrian, Hyde, Our Habitas & Morgansdigital and social channels to tell the brand story, improve reach in key markets and support the SEO effectiveness.
Qualifications
  • An experienced marketing all-rounder that has a particular love and flair for creative ideas, content creation and how to connect with consumers across a range of touchpoints.
  • Someone who is as happy looking at a spreadsheet of data as they are a beautiful piece of creative work, and they can interpret and comment on both articulately and with passion
  • Someone who can chat confidently with a revenue team one minute, and a digital team the next and can get into the detail with legal over a contract but also write a creative brief for a design team.
  • A great communicator with stakeholders across the business at all levels. You will have the ability to interact with potential and existing owners and partners to articulate brand vision and ethos and get everyone as excited as we are.
  • You’re quick on your feet – you can jump between projects without breaking a sweat
  • You love travel, the world of hospitality and clever branding
  • You will have a deep understanding of what is at the forefront of culture in the region with a strong connection in luxury.
  • You are kind and personable and when you work with all teams you are respectful, collaborative, constructive and supportive.
