Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in healthcare billing or revenue cycle management.
• At least 3 years in a managerial role in UAE.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE insurance regulations and TPA processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the billing department and staff.
• Ensure accurate billing processes and compliance.
• Develop and monitor KPIs for the billing department.
• Coordinate closely with clinical and finance departments.
• Prepare monthly billing and revenue reports.
