What you'll do:

An Operations Supervisor oversees the Field Team’s performance, efficiency, and productivity, providing critical reports related to people, operations, and network conditions to the Operations Manager, Engineers, and Management team to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Conduct training sessions and enforce systems, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing standards and adhering to regulations.
• Develop schedules, assign work, gather resources, and implement productivity standards.
• Control expenses through budgeting, monitoring variances, and corrective actions.
• Ensure quality service by enforcing standards.
• Contribute to team efforts by achieving related results.
• Conduct inspections and audits, generate reports, and present findings to management.
• Work closely with team leaders to optimize operations.
• Review and adjust operational vehicle routes for efficiency.
• Lead incident resolution, coordinate with developers and stakeholders.
• Manage operations vehicles and obtain necessary permits.
• Create a positive work environment that encourages performance and innovation.

What you'll need:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an operations supervisor or similar role, with team management experience.
• UAE Driving license.
• Experience with bicycles and sustainable transportation advocacy.
• Affinity for IT solutions and app-based services.
• Excellent communication skills, including cross-cultural communication.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• NEBOSH Certificate in Health and Safety at Work.
• Comfort working outdoors for extended periods.
• Experience managing vendors and partners.
