A leading retail company in Dubai is looking for a Distribution Planner to manage sales performance and inventory across wholesale partners. The ideal candidate will leverage their 2-4 years of relevant experience, particularly in a retail environment, preferably within the Beauty and Skincare industry. Responsibilities include analyzing sales trends, coordinating logistics, and developing relationships with wholesale partners to optimize profitability. Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in a Planner role.
• Experience in a Retail environment is mandatory.
• Previous experience in a Beauty and Skincare retail environment is required.
• Experience in Distribution and Wholesale is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate demand forecasts for wholesale partners by analyzing sales trends.
• Monitor sell-in and sell-out performance by account and identify risks.
• Coordinate with Logistics for on-time delivery and fulfillment of wholesale orders.
• Develop and maintain weekly and monthly sales and stock reports.
• Support planning and execution of end-of-season stock clearance.
• Work closely with Finance to validate margins and assess promotions.
• Develop and maintain relationships for effective sharing of information.
• Build strong relationships with wholesale partners to understand trends.
