The BD Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, attracting and hiring KOL BD Managers within the cryptocurrency and Web3 industries. This role involves headhunting, identifying and assessing candidates for the KOL BD manager role.
A strong understanding of the crypto exchange ecosystem—including DeFi, Web3 and blockchain—is essential to navigate the industry's fast‑paced and evolving job market. The TA Specialist develops and executes hiring strategies leveraging job boards, networking platforms and industry events to connect with KOL BDM professionals.
Responsibilities include screening candidates, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers and ensuring a smooth hiring process.
