Job description

Responsibilities

• Assist the Bartender to open and close the bar.
• Ensure the bar is well stocked with liquor beer spirits garnishes ice cubes and other products needed throughout their shift.
• Maintaininventory of glassware silverware stirrers shakers strainers and other bartending tools.
• Keeping the bar clean by wiping down surfaces sweeping and mopping removing soiled glassware scrubbing coolers and storage areas and emptying trash receptacles.
• Ensure all set ups and re-set ups are done in a timely manner.

Qualifications
