What you will do

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffees, teas, and other non‑alcoholic drinks, adhering to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
• Maintain a clean and well‑organized work area, including regular sanitation of equipment, utensils, and surfaces.
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing them with personalized service and recommendations based on their preferences.
• Collaborate with the lounge team to maintain a welcoming and efficient service environment, contributing to overall guest satisfaction.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest trends in coffee preparation techniques, beverage recipes, and presentation styles to ensure the lobby lounge remains competitive and innovative.

What you bring

• Minimum 1‑2 years of experience as a barista, preferably in a high‑end hotel or fine‑dining establishment.
• In‑depth knowledge of various coffee preparation techniques, including espresso‑based drinks, drip coffee, and cold brew; basic knowledge of classic cocktails.
• Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to anticipate guest needs and provide personalized experiences.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities, enabling seamless collaboration with other lounge staff members.
• Passion for the food and beverage industry, with a commitment to continuous learning and staying current on the latest trends and techniques.
